Description This is a full‑time, in‑person (not virtual), permanent role based in the SEA23 building in Seattle. The position does not offer relocation benefits.The Recruiting Coordinator (RC) is the first point of contact for candidates and plays a pivotal role in managing high‑volume interview scheduling and coordinating candidates, recruiters, and interviewers throughout the hiring process.Key Responsibilities Schedule virtual and in‑person interviews and debrief events.Coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, business stakeholders, and travel arrangements if required.Partner with recruiters to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and respond to business demands.Send follow‑up correspondence to candidates on interview status.Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience, automation, and scheduling efficiency.Provide training and onboarding support to new peers in the role.Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.Qualifications 1+ years of recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR, or equivalent experience.Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Experience with basic web‑based tools and products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.Preferred Qualifications Degree or diploma in HR or a related field.Experience working in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing, or international environment.Experience with technical tracking systems or software such as an ATS.Benefits Amazon offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, basic life & AD&TD insurance), EAP, mental health support, flexible spending accounts, adoption and surrogacy reimbursement, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
