Position: Recruiting Coordinator
Status: Full time 40 hours a week
Hours: Hybrid based on 9 to 5 hours
Salary Range: $90.000 To $125,000 depending on qualifications and experience

Washington DC Law Firm is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator with 5+ years of law firm recruiting experience to continue to build its strong recruitment program.

Our client is a diverse group of scientists, engineers, and litigators that represent individuals, businesses, and organizations across every imaginable industry, from major media companies and pharmaceutical companies to innovative start-ups. Their litigation practice is one of the country's premier courtroom teams, and they are at the forefront of intellectual property litigation involving cutting-edge technology including Client legal cases involving fair use of copyrighted material by AI models.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with Recruiting & HR Manager to plan and coordinate all aspects of 1L, 2L, 3L, lateral attorney, and support staff recruitment.
  • Manage summer associate, lateral attorney, and support staff job postings.
  • Assist with law school and summer associate recruiting, including planning on-campus events, and coordinating interviews
  • Help manage the summer associate program, including onboarding, training, event logistics, and communication
  • Maintain the recruiting database, including candidate data entry, interview scheduling, and tracking of lateral attorneys, summer associates, and support staff.
  • Assist in preparation of NALP surveys and Flo Recruit listings.
  • Help prepare and distribute materials for Recruiting Committee meetings.
  • Coordinate onboarding process of lateral attorneys, fall associates, summer associates, and support staff.
  • Perform additional projects as assigned by the Recruiting & Human Resources Manager and Members.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, strong analytical abilities, the ability to work well on a team, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
  • The candidate will display proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS databases (e.g., ADP, viRecruit; Flo Recruit, Symplicity, etc.).
  • This position requires flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
  • This hybrid work position is located in the Washington, DC office.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • This position is generally performed in a professional office setting; 70% sitting, 20% standing, and 10% walking
  • This position routinely utilizes standard office equipment such as laptops, computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets, in a home office as well as an in-person office environment.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 20 pounds.


This position is currently a hybrid position, with days worked in the DC office and days worked remotely. The hybrid status of this position may change at any time subject to the Client's discretion.
