Summary:
Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient-centered care. This role offers the opportunity to lead in the coordination and delivery of high-quality healthcare services, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Key Responsibilities:
Provide, delegate, supervise, and document patient care while ensuring compassion and quality at every step.
Apply clinical knowledge and analytical skills to create and implement effective nursing care plans.
Educate and support patients and families regarding care needs and treatment plans.
Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
Participate in identifying and resolving variances from patient goals, ensuring solutions are carried out.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Strong clinical knowledge with the ability to provide a wide variety of nursing services.
Effective communication and collaboration skills with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Type: full-time contract employment 13-14 weeks with possibility to extend.
