Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients who have requested information and guidance.
Present clear, easy-to-understand life and health insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up, education, and service.
Manage sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Track personal performance against sales goals and contribute to overall team success.
Participate in ongoing training, role-plays, and team meetings to strengthen skills and product knowledge.
Receive mentorship and support as you grow within the company, with opportunities to advance into leadership roles.
Qualifications and Attributes
Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working remotely and managing a flexible schedule independently.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative approach to sales.
Prior sales, leadership, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
Willingness to obtain the applicable Virginia life and health insurance license; licensing support and guidance are provided.
