We're seeking a skilled Antipasti/Salad Station Cook to prepare beautiful, flavorful starters and fresh salads that set the tone for our guests' dining experience. If you have a passion for Italian cuisine and attention to detail, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do
Prepare antipasti and salads according to recipes and plating standards
Wash, chop, and portion fresh ingredients daily
Arrange dishes with precision and artistry
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service
What We're Looking For
Previous kitchen or cold station experience preferred
Strong knife skills and attention to presentation
Ability to work quickly and efficiently during peak service
Team player with a positive, professional attitude
AM/PM availability preferred
