Overview
Were hiring a Sales Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced sales organization. This role provides administrative and project coordination support to sales leadership and sales teams to maximize efficiency and deliver excellent customer service.

- Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
- Orlando, FL
Compensation
- $50,000$52,000 (depending on experience)
- Contract-to-hire
What youll do
- Process, document, and track invoices/expenses with attention to compliance requirements
- Coordinate campaigns, mailings, and mass communications
- Prepare sales and activity reporting, including data analysis and dashboards
- Maintain high data integrity (research lists, leads, campaigns, and CRM updates)
- Manage shared inbox/email requests and route follow-ups appropriately
- Coordinate meeting logistics (invites, materials, tracking, follow-up)
- Support calendar scheduling and conference/Zoom setup
- Assist with documentation, training guides, and procedures
- Handle general administrative tasks as needed
What were looking for
- 2+ years of business experience and/or a four-year degree
- Sales assistant/admin support experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Word/Outlook)
- CRM experience preferred (Salesforce and/or Marketo a plus)
- Strong communication, responsiveness, and adaptability
