Job Summary

We are expanding our presence in Houston and seeking a proven Regional Sales Director with an active local freight forwarding book of business. You will own the territory, drive revenue growth across international/domestic logistics services, and build a local sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Own and grow the Houston freight market across air freight, ocean freight, customs brokerage, warehousing, and project cargo.

Leverage an existing Houston freight forwarding book of business to establish immediate revenue channels.

Develop customer proposals, RFQs, and competitive pricing strategies alongside operational teams.

Build long-term relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, and industrial accounts.

Recruit, mentor, and lead local sales representatives as regional operations scale.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales or business development experience in freight forwarding, 3PL, or logistics.

Current, active Houston-area freight forwarding book of business (Required).

Deep knowledge of the Houston port, airport, energy, and industrial supply chain landscape.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and CRM pipeline management skills.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirement.
