Mivada is seeking a senior <\/span><\/span>Sales Director<\/span><\/span><\/b> to establish and scale our <\/span><\/span>United States business across multiple practices<\/span><\/span><\/b>.
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

The Sales Director will define the US go -to -market strategy, drive new logo acquisition, expand strategic enterprise accounts, and build a scalable, high -impact revenue engine.<\/span>

The ideal candidate is a proven enterprise sales leader with deep experience selling complex, multi -practice consulting and technology services, particularly in Workday and related ecosystems. This role requires equal strength in strategic leadership and hands -on execution.<\/span>

US Market & Go -To -Market Leadership<\/span><\/span><\/b>

  • Define and execute Mivada’s <\/span><\/span>US go -to -market strategy (starting with Workday practice) <\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Identify priority industries, buyer personas, and target account segments.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Shape value propositions, sales motions, and pricing approaches for the US market.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Establish sales processes, pipeline discipline, forecasting, and CRM rigor.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Revenue Ownership & New Business Development<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    • Own <\/span><\/span>end -to -end revenue targets<\/span><\/span><\/b> for the US market.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Drive new logo acquisition across Mivada’s service portfolio.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Lead complex, full -cycle enterprise sales engagements from discovery through close.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Build and maintain a strong, multi -practice pipeline with accurate forecasting.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

      • Build trusted relationships with C -suite, HR, Finance, IT, and Data leaders.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

      • Position Mivada as a long -term transformation partner.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

      • Identify and drive cross -practice growth opportunities within strategic accounts.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Develop and manage strategic partnerships, including Workday and other platform partners.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Collaborate with partner sales teams to generate co -sell opportunities.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/li>
        • Strengthen Mivada’s market presence and credibility in the US ecosystem.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

          Internal Leadership & Scale -Up<\/span><\/span><\/b>

          • Act as the <\/span><\/span>US commercial leader<\/span><\/span><\/b>, working closely with global sales, practice, delivery, and marketing teams.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

          • Provide input into hiring plans for future US sales and pre -sales roles.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • Help define sales playbooks, account planning frameworks, and compensation models.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

          • Represent the US market in global leadership forums.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

              • 12+ years in enterprise consulting or technology services sales<\/span><\/b>
                <\/span><\/span><\/li>
              • Proven success selling <\/span>complex, multi -practice offerings<\/span><\/b>
                <\/span><\/span><\/li>
              • Experience establishing or scaling a <\/span>new market or geography<\/span><\/b>
                <\/span><\/span><\/li>
              • Strong track record in <\/span>new logo acquisition and large deal execution<\/span><\/b>
                <\/span><\/span><\/li>
              • Comfortable operating as both <\/span>strategic leader and hands -on seller<\/span><\/b>
                <\/span><\/span><\/li>
              • Executive presence with strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills<\/span>
