What You'll Actually Be DoingYou'll be the engine that grows 360Connect's client base — hunting new B2B opportunities through smart outbound prospecting, target account selling, and every creative channel at your disposal (calls, email, LinkedIn — if it works, we want you to use it). You'll research accounts, win over decision-makers, build your pipeline, and close deals on our marketing solutions. Your quota is real, but so is the support around you.No "smile and dial 200 calls a day" culture here. • Live for the thrill of a well-earned close
• Bring at least 2 years of sales experience and a track record to back it up
• Know your way around a CRM (HubSpot experience is a big plus)
• Can roll with rejection, learn fast, and still show up fired up the next day
• Communicate clearly, negotiate confidently, and genuinely enjoy helping businesses solve problems
• Get excited — not nervous — about AI and what it means for sales
