Position Summary

The role of a Sales Representative involves initiating sales estimates and cultivating meaningful relationships with customers to establish trust and loyalty. The representative is tasked with maintaining transparent communication about costs, timelines, and follow-ups to enhance residential and commercial service revenue and maximize sales opportunities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare repair estimates.
• Assist technicians in creating and pricing estimates for repairs.
• Review and discuss estimates with customers, either during or after service calls.
• Daily follow-up on open estimates.
• Order parts as needed for jobs sold.
• Attend to residential or commercial service calls by answering the phone after the 3rd ring.
• Work with internal resources to schedule any needed departments to fullfill customer's needs.
• Effectively communicate and sell open repairs to customers.
• Identify and secure sales opportunities.
• Promote and sell maintenance memberships.
