OverviewThe Regional Director of Sales is responsible for the strategic leadership, growth, and performance of the sales function across an assigned region. This role drives market expansion, referral development, and revenue growth through the execution of targeted sales strategies and the development of high‑performing teams.The Regional Director partners closely with pharmacy operations, clinical leadership, and executive stakeholders to align sales initiatives with operational capabilities and organizational priorities.
