Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales Success: Manage the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to closing dealsfor commercial and

industrial paving, concrete, and pavement marking projects.

Deliver Accurate Estimates: Use cutting-edge tools like Bluebeam to provide precise cost analysis,

ensuring our projects remain competitive and profitable.

Be the Client's Go-To Expert: Conduct site visits, assess project needs, and develop tailored solutions

that fit the client's budget and timeline.

Build Lasting Relationships: Develop strong client partnerships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

Stay Ahead of the Industry: Keep up with market trends, competitive pricing, and new materials to

deliver the best value to clients.

Represent RAM Pavement with Confidence: Attend networking events and trade shows to expand our

market presence.


Qualifications

Five years of experience in sales and estimating within the asphalt, concrete, or pavement industry.

Proficiency in Bluebeam for take-offs and estimating.

Strong understanding of engineering standards and business processes.

Ability to communicate effectively with customers, city/state inspectors, and internal teams.

Proven track record of closing deals and growing client relationships.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.


Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 with uncapped commission potential.
