We’re looking for motivated sales reps who want to make real money and grow with the company.

• Earn 14–20% of the job total commission, with opportunities to earn up to 50% of profit
• Bring in and work your own leads
• Hands-on training provided
• Owners are in the field working alongside the team every day
• Extra income available through project management

We want people who are coachable, competitive, and willing to work. Roofing experience is a plus, but we can train the right person.
