What You’ll Do
Sales Prospecting & Pipeline Growth
- Prospect and generate leads using customer lists, internal data, and market intelligence
- Build a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities
- Follow up with discipline, urgency, and professionalism
- Identify opportunities to expand existing customer accounts
Customer Relationship Management
- Build trust with new and existing customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right equipment, service, rental, or parts solutions
- Represent the company with integrity, confidence, and strong product knowledge
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience from first conversation through close
Product & Market Knowledge
- Develop a deep understanding of commercial and industrial floor cleaning equipment
- Learn the company’s full portfolio of machines, chemicals, parts, rentals, and service offerings
- Use product knowledge to create value in every sales conversation
Team Contribution & Growth
- Work closely with ownership and the broader team to support customer success
- Help build the sales playbook as the company grows
- Contribute to a performance-driven, veteran-friendly culture

Compensation & Benefits
