Senior Accountant
Location: Bellevue, WA
Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly close process, including financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger across departments, projects, and cost centers.
- Analyze financial results, identify trends and variances, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, reconciliations, and requested schedules.
- Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, process improvements, and special projects that drive business performance.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and core accounting principles.
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems; Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
