Responsibilities
Own full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of senior living and healthcare communities
Lead month-end close and financial statement preparation
Drive budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis
Audit support, lender reporting, and debt compliance
Partner with operational leaders on financial performance
Monitor cash flow, AR, AP, payroll, and occupancy trends
Mentor and support accounting team members
Requirements
7+ years accounting experience
Full-cycle accounting background
Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
ERP/accounting systems experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Property management, healthcare, senior living, or public accounting experience preferred
CPA a plus
