Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical accounting and finance professional who wants to take on a broad role with exposure to financial analysis, forecasting, cash flow, and business operations. The Senior Accountant will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day accounting functions while also partnering with leadership on financial reporting, planning, and analysis.

Overview of the Senior Accountant role:

• 
  
• Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• 
  
• Oversee the full accounts receivable cycle, including customer billing, collections, and account maintenance
• 
  
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• 
  
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
• 
  
• Review financial data for accuracy, completeness, and unusual variances
• 
  
• Prepare financial reports and provide analysis to support management decision-making
• 
  
• Assist with cash flow forecasting and ongoing cash management
• 
  
• Support financial reforecasting and budgeting activities
• 
  
• Assist with financial modeling and scenario analysis
• 
  
• Analyze trends, variances, and key financial metrics and communicate findings to leadership
• 
  
• Assist with audits and provide supporting schedules and documentation as needed
• 
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
• 
  
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
• 
  
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
•
