This position provides direct supervision over accounting staff, as assigned. Assist in preparation and reporting of operational and financial results to management. This position requires the candidate to reside in the Phoenix Metro Area, relocation assistance will be provided.Benefits Competitive benefits and compensation packageGenerous employee discountRobust wellness program with cash incentivesRide Share ProgramsFlexible time offResponsibilities Take the lead role in preparing and analyzing the consolidation of the KMC/PING and subsidiary results, including elimination entries and foreign currency conversion.Coordinate monthly review of the foreign reporting packages and participates in a monthly phone call with each subsidiary and follow through on resolving issues.Assess reporting packages for future improvements and efficiencies.Assist in preparation of audit/tax schedules for the annual review and tax return.Identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes, streamline workflows, and improve internal controls.Maintain and strengthen documentation of accounting policies and procedures including year‑end consolidation work.Analyze operating results vs. budget; reconciliation of General Ledger accounts.Periodically review management reports and pursue anomalies, working with management to resolve issues identified.Participate in the monthly closing process, including helping the other staff and senior accountants with any overflow reconciliations.Assist in determining and assessing need for financial input and/or internal control issues.Complete projects assigned by Accounting Management.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a properly accredited college or university, plus a minimum four years' directly related accounting experience, with at least two of which from a public accounting setting; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience is preferred.CPA license preferred.Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and team skills with the proven ability to build consensus.Strong organization, time management and record‑keeping skills.High level of computer literacy of Microsoft Office: Outlook, TEAMS, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Literate in accounting software.Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Manufacturing or public accounting background.#J-18808-Ljbffr
