Senior Accountant

Title: Senior AccountantLocation: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – In-office Wednesdays and Thursdays)Compensation: $90-110K base only. Work Schedule: 2 days in office, 3 days remote

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong GL and balance sheet reconciliation skills
• A CPA license or active pursuit of one is preferred (Master’s degree also a plus)
• Not looking for “steady eddy” candidates—this role is for someone who’s driven, adaptable, and ready to take on more
• Friendly, mentally agile, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Public accounting and/or construction accounting exposure is helpful but not required
