Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure financial accuracy
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Analyze variances and provide actionable recommendations
• Support audits and coordinate with external auditors
• Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Assist with cash flow management and balance sheet reviews
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance accounting processes and reporting
• Mentor junior accounting staff as the team grows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior-level role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification or CPA-track status
