Senior Accountant
Location: Renton, WA On Site
Salary: $105,000-$145,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:
- Reconcile property and corporate billback transactions
• Perform account and balance sheet reconciliations
• Support intercompany accounting and institutional reporting requirements
• Improve and document accounting workflows, policies, and procedures
• Partner with the Controller on accounting projects and process enhancements
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
- Strong Yardi software experience preferred
• Senior-level multifamily property accounting experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with intercompany accounting and institutional reporting
