This role provides accounting and advisory support to multiple clients, delivers high-quality financial information, and helps identify solutions to accounting challenges in a fast-paced, client focused environment.Major Responsibilities Manage accounting and bookkeeping functions for multiple client engagements simultaneouslyPrepare and review general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting scheduledPerform month-end and year-end close activities for assigned clientsPrepare and review financial statements and management reportsAnalyze financial information and identify discrepancies, trends or issues requiring attentionCommunicate directly with clients regarding routine accounting questions, requests, and deliverablesManage assigned client relationships with minimal oversight while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalismAssist with onboarding new clients and transitioning accounting services into firm workflowsCollaborate with members of the accounting team and firm leadership to resolve complex accounting matters.Provide guidance and technical support to Accounting Associates and other team members as needed.Maintain compliance with firm standards, accounting principles and client confidentiality requirementsIdentify opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies, and client service deliverySkills and Abilities Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks DesktopStrong understanding of GAAP and tax-basis accountingAbility to manage multiple-client relationships, deadlines, and competing priorities simultaneouslyStrong knowledge of financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, and month-end close processesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to find and resolve accounting discrepanciesHighly detail-oriented, organized, and committed to accuracyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAdvances proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work effectively with minimal oversight while exercising sound professional judgementDemonstrated commitment to exceptional client service and relationship management.Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred5+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or client accounting services experienceExperience managing multiple client engagements simultaneouslyPublic accounting, outsources accounting, or multi-client experienceCPA designation or active pursuit of CPA licensure preferredExperience with Sage, Great Plains, NetSuite, or similar accounting platforms a plus.Benefits Medical, Dental, and VisionGAP BenefitsSupplemental BenefitsLife and AD&D InsuranceShort- & Long-Term Disability Plans401k with Company MatchingBonus StructureFlexible PTO with sick timeIncentive ProgramDevelopment ProgramCompany Wellness ProgramApplication Deadline We accept applications on an ongoing basis.
