Senior Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized, service-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to support our Leadership and Sales teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, coordinating details, solving problems, and helping others succeed.

You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and operational support activities that help keep our business running efficiently. From coordinating meetings and travel to updating reports, supporting field communications, and maintaining business resources, you'll play an important role in supporting both our Support Center and field teams.

What You'll Do

Administrative & Leadership Support

• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Process expense reports and invoices
• Organize meeting logistics, catering, and conference support
• Assist with annual event and meeting scheduling
• Prepare presentations, reports, and business documents

Sales Support

• Coordinate field marketing and promotional orders
• Maintain sales resources, forms, and documents in SharePoint
• Support field communication and administrative processes
• Assist with conference planning, leadership meetings, and business reviews
• Update and maintain Salesforce pricing information
• Provide basic CRM and user support
• Complete special projects and administrative assignments

What does the role require?

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of administrative, office management, or business support experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
• Experience coordinating meetings, calendars, travel, and communications
• Experience supporting multiple leaders or departments preferred
