    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • 7+ years of COBOL development experience in mainframe (IBM Z/OS, AS/400) or Micro Focus environments.
    • Strong understanding of COBOL batch and online processing, JCL, CICS, and DB2 or VSAM.
    • Experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) and familiarity with object-oriented programming.
    • Knowledge of migration strategies from legacy systems to modern platforms.
    • Experience working with databases such as SQL Server, DB2, and Oracle.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team setting.
    • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
    • Excellent communication skills to interact with business users and technical teams.
