EPAM is seeking a mid-level Client Partner to own and grow our relationships across a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts in the Pittsburgh, PA area. Our Pittsburgh client base spans manufacturing, industrial, coatings, and specialty chemicals - with additional presence in logistics and supply chain.
This is a farming and growth role, not a cold-calling role. You will be joining accounts that already have active EPAM engagements and are trusted partners. The ideal candidate brings strong relationship management skills, comfort navigating complex enterprise environments, and the ability to expand EPAM's footprint by identifying and shaping new service opportunities across an established portfolio.
Req.#1024662618
Responsibilities
Own day-to-day and executive-level relationship management across a portfolio of Pittsburgh-area enterprise accounts
Grow existing revenue through structured account development: identifying new workstreams, entering new business units, and positioning EPAM capabilities against each client's technology roadmap
Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data; build account plans with 12-18-month revenue visibility
Run standard account governance: QBRs, executive communications, stakeholder mapping, and delivery health checks
Partner with EPAM delivery leads to ensure client satisfaction, manage change control, and protect margins
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across EPAM's service lines: engineering, cloud, data & analytics, AI/ML, SAP, and digital transformation
Represent EPAM at Pittsburgh-area industry events and build local market presence over time
Requirements
3-6 years of account management or client-facing sales experience at an IT services, consulting, or digital transformation company
Demonstrated track record of growing revenue within existing enterprise accounts through relationship expansion and opportunity development
Comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously and navigating complex, matrixed organizations
Experience with long-cycle, consultative engagements - comfortable selling custom software engineering, cloud, data, or enterprise platform services
Ability to build relationships from VP level down to program managers and technical leads
Strong pipeline and forecast management discipline; experience with CRM tools
Based in or willing to relocate to the Pittsburgh, PA area; regular on-site client presence expected
Nice to have
Prior experience covering manufacturing, industrial, coatings, chemicals, or specialty materials companies
Familiarity with enterprise technology platforms common in industrial environments: Oracle, SAP, Workday, or similar
Exposure to logistics, supply chain, or transportation clients
Background at peer IT services firms
Experience supporting or co-leading RFP responses and pursuit cycles
Familiarity with EPAM's delivery model: globally distributed engineering, nearshore pods, or similar offshore/nearshore staffing models
