As part of the Events Team within Marketing & Business Development, the position facilitates coordinating client events in-person and virtually. In-person events take place both within A&B offices and off-site. Off-site events can, and frequently do, include travel to other locations, typically domestic, but sometimes international. Virtual events include management of multiple technology platforms. The Senior Marketing Events Coordinator will also facilitate firm sponsorships, program e-communications, serve as a point-person for the firm client gift program, and help maintain the client entertainment ticket program across offices.
