Job Title: Senior Medical Imaging & Testing Specialist (cathlabs or angiography)
Location: Fremont, CA
Type: 18 month contract - with potential to convert to perm
Compensation: $80-88.40/hour, depending on qualifications
Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 40.0

Overview
Operates and maintains advanced angiography imaging systems while supporting bench-top and simulated-use testing of neurovascular medical devices, laboratory operations, radiation safety, and imaging workflows throughout product development.

Responsibilities

  • Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain fluoroscopy and angiography imaging systems for device testing.
  • Support bench-top, simulated-use, design verification, physician events, and product demonstration activities.
  • Prepare and maintain vascular models, laboratory equipment, testing supplies, and laboratory readiness.
  • Maintain imaging documentation, compliance records, radiation safety practices, and laboratory procedures.
  • Provide technical support for imaging workflows, angiography suite operations, and endovascular testing activities.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology, Cardiovascular Technology, Biomedical Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline preferred.
  • Experience operating angiography, fluoroscopy, catheterization laboratory, or interventional imaging systems.
  • Experience with Philips Azurion, Siemens ICONO, GE, or similar imaging platforms; Philips or Siemens experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of laboratory operations, radiation safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with endovascular, neurovascular, peripheral vascular, or interventional procedure workflows.
