Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM In-house

About the Opportunity

BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of retail and office properties, ensuring efficient property operations, strong tenant relationships, and optimal financial performance.

The ideal candidate must have commercial real estate experience, strong financial and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple properties while delivering excellent service to tenants and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Property Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail and office properties, ensuring proper maintenance, cleanliness, security, and overall property performance.
• Financial Management: Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor expenses, prepare financial reports, and implement cost-effective strategies to maximize profitability.
• Tenant Relations: Maintain positive tenant relationships, address concerns, coordinate tenant requests, and manage lease obligations and renewals.
• Vendor Management: Select, negotiate with, and oversee vendors and service providers to ensure quality work and adherence to budgets.
• Leasing Support: Collaborate with leasing professionals to support tenant retention, occupancy goals, and property marketing initiatives.
• Compliance: Ensure properties meet applicable regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
• Reporting: Prepare regular financial, operational, and property performance reports for ownership and senior management.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate and support property management staff to maintain efficient operations and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Required: Previous commercial real estate experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in commercial property management, preferably managing retail and office properties.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, expense management, and property operations.
• Strong tenant relations, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in property management software, preferably Yardi.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Real Estate Salesperson License required, as specified by the hiring team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
• CPM, RPA, or other relevant professional certifications are a plus.
