Make a Difference
The Senior Recruitment Coordinator is a key member of our provider recruitment team, partnering closely with five recruiters to coordinate and manage all logistical aspects of the interview process, which we refer to as site visits. This role is instrumental in creating a positive candidate experience while ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:
Strong attention to detail - Able to manage complex schedules, travel arrangements, and logistics with accuracy.
Initiative and resourcefulness - Proactively identify needs and takes ownership of tasks.
Exceptional organizational skills - Effectively manages multiple priorities and moving pieces.
Self-motivation - Works independently and follows through on responsibilities with minimal direction.
Collaborative mindset - Partners well with recruiters, providers, and internal stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should possess extraordinary customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience.
4 year / Bachelor"s Degree (Required)
4+ years: Delivering exceptional service to customers in business, human resources, recruitment, sales or related area
AI tools and technology experience required
Fluency in Microsoft applications. (Required)
