Senior Staff Accountant

Main Duties / ResponsibilitiesSeeking a Senior Staff Accountant to support core accounting operations across fixed assets, capital projects, and financial reporting. This role will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure data integrity.Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial reportingAnalyze and reconcile subledger to general ledger, identifying and explaining variancesSupport fixed assets accounting and capital project trackingAssist with AR billing processes and related reconciliationsPrepare and maintain detailed schedules and supporting documentationLeverage Excel to analyze and transform financial data into actionable insightsCollaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processesRequired Qualifications3-5+ years of accounting experienceExperience with balance sheet reconciliations and GL analysisExposure to fixed assets and capital projects accountingExperience with Oracle or similar ERP systemsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsDexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
