The company supports career growth through structured training programs and fosters a strong culture with community involvement, including OSU tailgates and local volunteering.Description The Senior Superintendent will be responsible for: Oversee and coordinate all subcontractor activities in partnership with the main office.Schedule, attend, and track all required inspections.Interpret architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and landscape drawings and specifications.Review shop drawings and inspection reports; manage and track RFIs.Complete daily reports and capture progress photos.Utilize core software tools (Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel) and manage document workflows, including PDFs.Collaborate with design teams, subcontractors, project managers, and local officials to resolve issues and prevent conflicts.Maintain a clean, organized job site and uphold strict safety standards.
