Red Robin Burgers and Brews in Sherwood, OR is looking for an energetic and friendly Server to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and timely manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring order accuracy and guest satisfaction
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including burgers, appetizers, and beverage offerings
• Anticipate guest needs, check in during meals, and resolve any concerns quickly
• Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth service flow
• Maintain a clean and organized section throughout each shift

Requirements:

• Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred but not required — we'll train the right person!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must meet Oregon minimum age requirements for serving alcohol
• OLCC Service Permit (or willingness to obtain one upon hire)
