Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CSM Lead Developer/Architect to lead the implementation of ServiceNow CSM Pro+ and drive end-to-end delivery across multiple enterprise workflows. The ideal candidate will bring strong architectural expertise, hands-on technical leadership, and the ability to manage offshore teams while aligning solutions with business objectives and platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Lead Architect for ServiceNow CSM Pro+ implementation.
  • Define overall solution architecture, including integration patterns, data models, and workflow design.
  • Lead technical design sessions, architecture reviews, and roadmap planning.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery execution, ensuring quality, scalability, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
  • Collaborate with developers, administrators, and stakeholders to validate configurations and integrations.
  • Provide technical program management oversight, including timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
  • Manage and guide offshore development teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Support governance, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives for the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including architecture and solution design.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow CSM Pro+ (Customer Service Management, case management, workflows, integrations).
  • Proven experience in technical program management or delivery leadership.
  • Solid understanding of ITSM, CMDB, and enterprise integration frameworks.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex enterprise programs.
    • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
