Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in a high-volume, upscale dining kitchen.
• Proven background in scratch kitchen cooking with a focus on creative, high-quality dishes.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
