  • 2+ years of Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing BOH talent.
  • Experience with food cost, inventory, ordering, and labor management.
  • A commitment to food quality, consistency, and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while keeping the team focused and motivated.
  • A hands-on leadership style with a "lead by example" mentality.
