What You’ll Do

  • Support the Executive Chef & fellow Sous Chefs in daily kitchen operations and leadership
  • Assist with supervising, training, and developing culinary team members
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and execution
  • Contribute to menu planning across à la carte dining, events, and specialty functions
  • Manage inventory, food cost controls, and daily raw cost tracking
  • Expedite during peak service to maintain standards and flow
  • Maintain strict sanitation, safety, and organization standards
  • Assist with staffing, scheduling, and kitchen administration
  • Work any station as needed—this is a hands-on leadership role

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Sous Chef or strong Lead Line Cook ready to step up
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen
  • Strong understanding of food cost control, prep systems, and execution timing
  • Passion for presentation, consistency, and member experience
  • Solid knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards

Qualifications

  • Culinary degree, ACF certification, or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2+ years kitchen supervisory experience preferred
  • 3+ years total kitchen experience (including lead line role)
