What You'll Do

• Purchase new and existing components based on ERP-driven demand (domestic & international suppliers)
• Manage supplier relationships, including pricing, lead times, and terms negotiation
• Monitor and adjust orders (expedite/de-expedite) to align with changing demand
• Plan and execute purchasing strategies to optimize inventory levels and costs
• Support new product development with sourcing and supplier selection
• Identify and onboard alternate suppliers to improve cost, quality, or availability
• Track shipments and incoming orders using freight/logistics tools
• Maintain supplier scorecards and support performance reviews
• Ensure accurate documentation for procurement activity and compliance

• 2-5+ years of purchasing or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working within an ERP/MRP system (Syteline is a plus)
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
• APICS/CSCP or similar certification
• Experience sourcing internationally
