Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Investigate discrepancies and develop procedures to eliminate them
Print, verify accuracy and distribute daily revenue reports
Audit all point-of-sale systems daily for accuracy and completeness
Participate in fast paced month end process
Prepare and post journal entries
Accounts Payable Processing and understanding of month end accruals
Support cross training within the department
Qualifications
Qualifications
Extremely detailed, organized, and accurate
Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
Must be able to work well under pressure
Must be able to accurately follow instructions, both verbally and written
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work with multiple systems
Must have the ability to communicate effectively and interact well with departmental managers, guests and other associates
Education and/or Experience
High School graduate or general education degree (GED)
College level accounting classes is preferred
Accounting degree a plus
Hospitality experience a plus
