Job Title: Staff Accountant

Salary: $60k-$65k depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (Staff Accountant):
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and supporting reports
- Assist with month-end close, account reconciliations, and journal entries
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure compliance with accounting policies
- Assist with audits and preparation of supporting documentation
- Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and reporting
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
Qualifications (Staff Accountant):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
