A growing organization is seeking a Staff Accountant to support day‑to‑day accounting operations and contribute to accurate financial reporting. This role is well‑suited for an early‑career accounting professional who wants hands‑on experience, exposure to core accounting functions, and flexibility through a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Support general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• 
  
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes
• 
  
• Prepare and maintain supporting schedules and accounting documentation
• 
  
• Assist with financial reporting and internal analysis
• 
  
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
• 
  
• Support audits and provide documentation as needed
• 
  
• Collaborate with finance and accounting team members on ongoing projects
• 
  
• Contribute to continuous improvement of accounting processes
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (required)
• 
  
• Minimum of 1 year of professional accounting experience
• 
  
• Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles
• 
  
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with accounting systems or ERPs a plus
• 
  
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• 
  
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Compensation & Opportunity
