- Work closely with executive leadership, including the Corporate Controller and senior operations leaders
- Be part of an ERP transition from QuickBooks to NetSuite and help drive process improvements
- Build expertise in manufacturing accounting, inventory, intercompany transactions, and month-end close
- Exposure to acquisition integrations and the opportunity to help standardize accounting practices across the organization
Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations, investigate variances, and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Support accounts payable, cash reconciliations, and intercompany accounting transactions
- Assist with inventory accounting, manufacturing cost analysis, and expense reporting
- Support payroll processing and accounting operations across multiple locations and entities
Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related experience
- 2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably within manufacturing or multi-entity environments
- Experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with QuickBooks and/or NetSuite highly preferred
