Job Summary

Job Summary

Under general supervision and direction of the Administrative Assistant/Office Manager, performs related functions. a. Serves as receptionist (e.g., greets/assists general public, answers the telephone, routes calls. etc.). b. Maintains front entry security c. Performs general office support for central office staff, such as duplication of materials, sorting and mailing, etc. d. Processes and distributes incoming and outgoing mail, as well as facsimile communications. e. Operates standard office equipment including: typewriter, telephone, copier, computer, calculator, automated phone system, and facsimile machine. f. Filing of confidential documents g. Performs other duties as assigned School office experience preferred
