As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping the hiring process moving by managing background checks, supporting requisition workflows, and handling high-volume recruiting communications. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where ownership and follow-through are critical.

You will be based out of our Boston, MA Headquarters located at One Washington Mall, Suite 500, Boston, MA 02108 (Government Center) on Mondays-Thursdays with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

The pay range for this position is $28.00-$30.00 per hour dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor background checks in HireRight and proactively flag/escalate issues to prevent downstream delays
  • Review, approve, and post requisitions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Create and manage internal and external job postings in alignment with brand and quality standards
  • Manage the TA HelpDesk and Careers inbox, resolving inquiries and escalating issues as needed
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to disposition candidates and support offer letter creation and communication
  • Support TA operations and reporting through regular audits, event coordination, and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting a talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR function, inclusive of internship experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability to work on-site in Boston, MA a minimum of 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree.
  • Direct experience with Dayforce applicant tracking system.
