Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location: Remote (Chicago)

Salary Range: $30/hr on W2

Introduction

Join our dynamic People, Culture & Branding team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This role is crucial in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. You will work mostly independently but will collaborate closely with a team of 7, within a broader team of 17. This is a 6-month contract position with little likelihood of extension or conversion to a full-time role.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in requisition assignments, offer letter generation, and monitoring background screening clearance.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisitions.
• 1-2 years of experience with Workday.
• Prior work experience at a Bank or Financial Institution.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience and demonstrated results in recruiting or sourcing.
• Relevant postsecondary education.
• Previous experience in the financial industry.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support requisition assignments, offer letter generation, and monitor background screening clearance.
• Manage communications with internal and external partners to support program deliverables.
• Ensure all requisitions are assigned in Workday within defined SLAs.
• Manage the candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the post-offer process.
• Execute the end-to-end process of the offer letter and ensure all required reviews are completed.
• Investigate, resolve, and follow-up on any Workday issues or errors.
• Support the team with special projects as needed.
