We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing  team. In this role, you will be the face of our company to prospective team members, driving our hiring process from first contact through seamless onboarding.

Because MSP environments are fast-paced and technology-driven, you’ll play a critical role in attracting top-tier technical and professional talent while ensuring every candidate enjoys a smooth, positive, and memorable recruitment experience.


Key Responsibilities


  • Job Board & Pipeline Management: Manage job postings across multiple platforms and track applicant stages within Pinpoint to keep our hiring pipeline organized and efficient.

  • Pre-Screening: Conduct initial phone/video pre-screen interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical aptitude, soft skills, and cultural alignment.

  • Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Proactively search for and engage qualified candidates for various technical (e.g., Helpdesk, Network Engineers, Systems Admins) and administrative roles.

  • Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with department managers to understand staffing needs, refine job descriptions, and align on hiring timelines.

  • Screening Procedures: Initiate and manage pre-employment background checks and drug screenings in a timely and compliant manner.

  • Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage travel logistics (flights, hotels, transportation) for out-of-town candidates or new hires attending in-person interviews or orientation.

  • New Employee Experience: Drive a seamless onboarding experience by preparing custom welcome kits and co-facilitating new hire orientation sessions.

  • Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, providing timely updates, interview feedback, and offer details.

Prior Experience:
1–3+ years of recruiting or HR support experience, ideally within an IT, tech, or MSP environment.
