Job Summary
Own the recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and placement
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals
Partner consultatively with hiring managers and clients to deeply understand technical roles and team needs
Source passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, boolean search, and creative outreach strategies
Manage candidate relationships with a high-touch, responsive approach that reflects your personal brand
Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset and ownership mentality in a performance-based environment
Minimum Requirements
2–10 years of experience in recruiting, technical sourcing, or a people-facing role
Demonstrated track record of tenure and growth, with 2–3 years in recent roles strongly preferred
Proven success in a high-performance, metrics-driven recruiting or talent acquisition environment
Strong sourcing, cold outreach, and pipeline generation skills across technical disciplines
Competitive, financially motivated, and driven by uncapped earning potential
