Proficient in Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, and familiar with federal employment regulations. Must excel in sourcing passive candidates, managing multiple openings, and negotiating offers in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills required, with ability to interact with senior leadership and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, evaluating candidates, managing recruitment processes, and supporting diversity initiatives. The role involves proactive outreach and building talent pipelines, with a schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
