    Position: Technical Support Specialist (TSS) [Open]

    Description:

    As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in empowering researchers worldwide. You'll work closely with scientists to provide expert guidance, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to product development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical support for SBI's products and services.
    • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot complex experimental issues and offer tailored solutions.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with R&D and Sales/Marketing teams to address customer needs and drive product improvement.
    • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including MSDS, protocols, FAQs, and customer resources.
    • Customer Engagement: Represent SBI at scientific conferences, webinars, and training sessions to share expertise and foster strong customer relationships.

    Qualifications:

    • Educational Requirements: Master's or PhD in a life sciences field (Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field)
    • Experience: 1-2 years preferably in a life sciences company.
    • Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques such as transfection, qPCR, exosome isolation, RNA/DNA handling, virus packaging, or similar applications
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
    • Customer-focused mindset
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
