Our client is adding to their Talent Acquisition Team and is looking for someone to support continued growth and can jump in quickly, manage multiple openings, and deliver an exceptional hiring experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance.
• Build proactive talent pipelines using a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, networking, job boards, and direct outreach.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews and provide hiring managers with detailed candidate recommendations.
• Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate activity and maintain accurate records.
• Balance multiple requisitions while keeping hiring timelines on track.
• Stay current on recruiting trends and continuously look for ways to improve hiring processes.

What They're Looking For

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience is required (corporate or field recruiting experience will be considered).
• Experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills and the ability to identify passive talent.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with candidates and hiring leaders.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent recruiting experience will be considered.
