Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities for toddlers.
• Provide attentive care and supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
• Support toddlers with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and nap time.
• Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and interaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding children''s progress and needs.
• Follow all licensing and safety regulations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a toddler teacher assistant or in a similar early childhood education role.
• Strong understanding of toddler development and age-appropriate practices.
• Patience, kindness, and a genuine love for working with young children.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with the lead teacher.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
